Changes to Gold Pass in Clash of Clans

Gold Pass is getting reworked, and it will offer BETTER REWARDS now. In this blog, we will share all the information on the Changes to Gold Pass, so stay tuned. The price of the Gold Pass will increase to a base price of $6.99US, excluding any local taxes or currency conversion rates applicable in your region. However, along with this price adjustment, there are several new perks that are being added to Gold Pass. We will discuss all the Changes to Gold Pass and how YOU can take advantage of it.
Firstly, the number of reward tiers in the Gold Pass has been increased to 40. It’s important to note that the number of points required to reach the final tier has not been increased, meaning you will unlock rewards, perks, and cosmetics more frequently than before. You get MORE rewards with the same amount of effort.
Moreover, every month, the Gold Pass will now feature all FIVE Runes as part of the reward track. This addition will further enhance the benefits of the Gold Pass for the players.
The Gem cost to complete each tier has been reduced to make the Gold Pass even more appealing. Previously, it required 100 Gems per tier, but now it will only cost 90 Gems per tier.
The free Silver track rewards have also been improved. The number of free rewards has been increased from 15 tiers to 20, giving non-Gold Pass holders more opportunities to earn valuable rewards.
Introducing the Builder Bank in Gold Pass
Builder Bank is being added to the Gold Pass. It will allow players to gather additional Builder Resources. For every Builder Base attack you perform, any Builder Gold earned will be added to your Builder Bank. Furthermore, any Builder Elixir earned from defending your Builder Base will also contribute to your Builder Bank. The storage capacity of your Builder Bank can be upgraded by unlocking tiers in the Gold Pass, enabling you to accumulate more Builder loot from battles. Doesn’t that sound exciting? But wait there’s more!
Season Bank Multiplier
Season Bank Multiplier perk is being introduced in the Gold Pass. Both the Season Bank for Home Village and the new Builder Bank will have their multiplier perk as part of the Gold Pass, significantly increasing the amount of loot you can save each season. Unlocking this perk for your Home Village will give you a 2X multiplier for your Season Bank while unlocking the Builder Bank multiplier perk will provide a 4X multiplier, making it easier to earn loot each season.
It was noticed that players who bought their Gold Passes were not able to fill out the Season Bank completely. This perk will help them with that.
To accommodate the increased loot capacity, the storage capacity of the Home Village Season Bank is being expanded. The maximum tier of the Season Bank has been raised, allowing you to store an additional 5M Gold, 5M Elixir, and 50K Dark Elixir. The new maximum storage capacity of the Season Bank is as follows:
- Base capacity: 5M Gold/5M Elixir/50K Dark Elixir
- 1st upgrade: 10M Gold/10M Elixir/100K Dark Elixir
- 2nd upgrade: 15M Gold/15M Elixir/150K Dark Elixir
- 3rd upgrade: 20M Gold/20M Elixir/200K Dark Elixir
- Final level: 30M Gold/30M Elixir/300K Dark Elixir
Auto Forge Slot in the NEW Gold Pass
Auto Forge Slot perk is being introduced in the Gold Pass Changes. The Forge is an excellent place to convert extra Resources into Capital Gold, which is used to upgrade your Clan Capital. The new Auto Forge perk will unlock a new Forge slot through the Gold Pass. Using this slot will require 50% fewer resources for converting them to Capital Gold, and it won’t require the use of an available Builder.
These changes will come into effect with the availability of the July Gold Pass on July 1st, making the Gold Pass better than ever. Upgrading your Home Village, Builder Base, and Clan Capital has never been easier.
Buying Gold Pass at a Cheaper Rate
You can buy Gold Passes at a cheaper rate directly from Supercell Store. The price of the Gold Pass available on the Supercell store is cheaper than the in-game price. Moreover, you can BUY up to 8 Gold Passes per account. These Gold Passes will be stored on your account; you can use them or gift them whenever you want.
The price for the Gold Pass has not YET changed in the store. If you want to save money on future Gold Passes, you can stack up gold passes (up to 8 per account) NOW. You can buy them on multiple accounts after logging in with your Supercell ID.
The Gold passes stored on your account don’t expire; you can gift them or use them anytime. So if you want to save money head out to the Supercell Store and stack on those Gold Passes before the prices change.
